When you contact us through the contact form, by phone or by e-mail, your name, e-mail address and the content of your message are processed in order to assess and answer your request and to provide the advisory service required.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required to fulfil our legal obligations.

4. Method and Legal Grounds of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request its erasure or destruction; and to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
