Frequently asked questions

Should I notify you before an employee starts work?

Yes, that is the safest course. Failing to file the employment notification within the statutory period leads to an administrative fine. Tell us the start date as soon as you know it and we will make the filing.

On what date each month do I receive the payroll?

The payroll is prepared on the day you send us the timekeeping data (days worked, overtime, leave, sick reports). We agree a schedule so that it reaches you a few days before your payment date.

Can I calculate severance pay myself?

You can reach an estimate with our severance and notice pay calculator. However, since which payments enter the benefits-inclusive wage and the type of termination both change the result, we recommend having the exact figure confirmed by us.

Am I benefiting from contribution incentives?

We review your existing workforce and identify which incentives you qualify for. Incentives depend on the employee's age, gender and start date and on the situation of the workplace; most businesses use only part of what they are entitled to.

I have only one employee — is this service still necessary?

Yes. The obligations do not shrink with headcount: a single employee still requires notifications, payroll and contribution returns, and the penalty for delay is the same.
