Severance and Notice Pay Calculation

Severance pay is calculated on one month's benefits-inclusive gross wage for each full year of service. Enter the fringe benefits separately and we will work out the benefits-inclusive wage. The wage taken as the basis cannot exceed the statutory ceiling; the ceiling changes every January and July, and the amount in force on the date employment ends applies (today: 73.729,87 ₺).
