Team taking notes during a consulting meeting

Advisory and Training

We want to be the place you can ask before making a decision. We follow the legislation and warn you in time, and we get your team to the point where they can do this work properly.

What we do

Regulatory advice

  • General advice on tax, social security and labour legislation.
  • Assessing in advance the financial consequences of contracts, investments and new lines of activity.
  • Explaining in plain language how changes in the legislation affect your business.
  • Interpreting correspondence and official notices from public authorities.
  • A same-day reply to your questions.

Early warning against risks

  • Identifying in advance the tax and social security risks you may face over time.
  • Catching missing documents and filings that could lead to penalties, before they catch you.
  • Correcting the points in your bookkeeping that increase the risk of an audit.
  • Reminders for upcoming obligations and deadlines.
  • Advance notice of tax and contribution burdens that will strain your cash flow.

Retirement procedures

  • Assessing the retirement conditions (age, number of contribution days, length of insurance).
  • Reviewing your service record and identifying missing periods.
  • Explaining the options for combining service periods and paying for missing ones.
  • Guidance through the retirement application process.

Bookkeeping training

  • Training your bookkeeping staff according to what your business actually needs.
  • Teaching the discipline of invoices, delivery notes and expense documents.
  • Setting up cash, bank and current account tracking correctly.
  • Using the e-invoice and e-archive applications.
  • Follow-up after the training: we stay with it until the routine has settled.

Who benefits most?

Newly established businesses

The decisions taken in the first year set the tax burden of the years that follow. Building it right from the start costs less than fixing it later.

Growing companies

As turnover and headcount rise, new obligations come into play. We keep track of which threshold you cross and when.

Businesses with their own team

Where bookkeeping is done in house, training and periodic review catch mistakes before they grow.

Frequently asked questions

Will I be charged separately for advice?

As long as you use our accounting service, answering your regulatory questions is a natural part of the work and we do not charge separately for it. If a comprehensive project review or an on-site training programme is needed, we discuss that separately up front.

I am not a client — can I get advice only?

Yes. We can meet about a one-off matter (your retirement position, the tax consequence of a contract, a penalty notice). Describe the matter and let us first make sure we can help.

Where and how is the training given?

At your workplace, at our office or online — whichever suits. Rather than a generic curriculum, we work through your own document flow and the software you use, because that is what lasts.

What should I bring to have my retirement position calculated?

The social security service record you can obtain from the e-government portal is enough. If you have worked under different statuses, bring the record covering all of them.

Something on your mind?

You do not have to be a client to ask. Write to us about it and let us see whether we can help.
